Description:
In the state company for flood protection and water management Sachsen-Anhalt (LHW), Sangerhausen river area, tree cadastre is already available for the areas listed below for the assessment of traffic safety of the trees owned by the LHW. In the processing period, the existing tree cadastre is to be continuously qualified. They are intended to serve the damage and accident prevention (in accordance with Section 823 (1) BGB), as well as the documentation in the event of liability.
At the same time, traffic -assured and damage -prevention measures are to be reduced to the legally and actually necessary level, to preserve the desired standard and to ensure traffic safety in the state -owned land. For this purpose, follow -up judgments, but also initial recordings, must be carried out primarily.
The public tender with Losweiser award is planned.
The following quantities for 2025 are initially recorded from the existing cadastre for the existing cadastre:
Los 1 thyra, leash, gonna = approx. 1168 pieces of individual trees and approx. 55 pieces of trees (each with 5-40 pieces of single trees)
