- Framework contract for the delivery of up to 150 tons of urea solution for the exhaust gas cleaning of motor heating power plants of the German Bundestag (October 2025 to March 2026)
The client operates an engine heat and power plant (MHKW) with the fuels of rapeseed dester (RME) and heating oil in the Reichstag building and in the Paul Löbe-Haus in Berlin-Mitte in Berlin-Mitte. The nitrogen oxide reduction in the abga-Sen is carried out by compensation for urea solution into the hot exhaust gas flow and subsequent passage through the selective reduction catalyst. The MHWW system manufacturer prescribed for the adding urea in aqueous resolution of 40 weight% (CAS no. 57-13-6) with the following quality features:
Urhine content: 39 to 41 weight%
Alkality: a maximum of 0.4 weight%
Biuret: maximum 0.4 weight%
A contract for the delivery of up to 150 tons of urea solution in accordance with
Position 1.1.10 of the list of services (Appendix 1), with currently
an expected need for around 120 tons. A minimum acceptance amount is not guaranteed.
