Description:
The Howoge Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH is one of the six municipal housing companies in the State of Berlin and is one of the largest landlords in Germany with around 82,000 apartments.
The Howoge intends to equip its office locations with high -quality rented coffee machines and regularly with coffee beans to ensure reliable supply with high quality coffee, taking into account sustainability aspects. Treaty on the renting of 45 coffee machines for the production of hot coffee drinks.
The delivery and initial installation of A total of 45 coffee machines are located at 18 locations in Berlin, the exact addresses of which are announced with the tender documents (Appendix 1c).
The machines must be delivered at the latest on December 1st, 2025.
Framework contract for delivery and maintenance of coffee machines as well as delivery of Coffee beans
The scope of services includes the delivery and installation of the coffee machines including the connection to the existing freshwater network as well as a 230-volt socket. In addition, the service includes the monthly delivery of coffee beans, regular maintenance the Machines in the manufacturer's specifications, but at the latest every 6 months and the repair in the event of a fault with a maximum response time of 48 hours.
