- HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH (HOWOGE) is one of the six municipal housing companies in the state of Berlin. The core element of the corporate strategy is the social mission. Because a housing association is not only responsible for its own Tenants: inside, but for the entire city. With its own housing stock of around 82,200 apartments, the company is one of the largest landlords in Germany. HOWOGE runs its own subsidiary HOWOGE, which was founded at the beginning of 2023 Cleaning GmbH (hereinafter referred to as HOWOGE Cleaning) has been providing building cleaning services in part of the parent company since July 1, 2023. The service provided by HOWOGE cleaning includes regular maintenance and basic cleaning of HOWOGE Inventories and the operation of our own laundries. The personal contribution should be offered in a socially acceptable, sustainable and economically high quality. Essential components of the service provided by HOWOGE Cleaning are: •The weekly Maintenance cleaning, among other things: oCleaning of stairwells and entrance areas (sweeping, wiping, dusting, removing graffiti, etc.) oCleaning of glass, panel surfaces, doors, windows and radiators •The regular (currently half-yearly or annual) Basic cleaning among other things: oProfessional cleaning of all floor surfaces in the buildings with subsequent sealing of the coverings oCleaning of the entrance area porches, stair railings and all accessible common areas (bicycle,...
