Description:
According to BbgBKG §1, the fire brigade's core task is to provide assistance. In order to be able to fulfill this task, the fire protection authorities must maintain a fire department that is efficient in accordance with local conditions in accordance with Section 3, Paragraph 1. These fire departments are responsible for fulfilling this to equip the task with the necessary material equipment. According to FwDV 1, emergency services must be equipped with appropriate protective clothing to provide assistance.
Framework contract for the delivery of fire brigade protective clothing
The protective clothing consists, among other things, of: together with jacket and trousers that are at least the Must comply with DIN EN ISO 11612 and DIN EN ISO 15384. Due to climatic and normative changes, in order to maintain operational capability, light protective suits must be provided for all fire brigade members, which also meet the requirements for fighting vegetation fires. Goal is the procurement of light protective clothing for technical assistance and vegetation fire fighting for all fire brigade members of the state capital Potsdam. The procurement (purchase) of 700 jacket/trouser combinations is therefore planned for 2025.
