Description:
The subject of the tender includes three lots that cover the different clinical areas of application of the University Hospital Frankfurt (universal, cardiology, gynecology). The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement in accordance with Section 21 (3) VGV via the delivery and the company New ultrasound devices in various specialist disciplines (universal, cardiology and gynecology ultrasound devices) for which a corresponding lot was made the subject of the tender. The tender has a total of three framework agreements with a term of each four years to the subject. During this period, devices can be accessed according to the maximum contingent resulting from the announcement.
During the contract term, the client can commission the delivery of ultrasound devices by the contractual partner Individual orders are granted in accordance with the framework agreement. Further contractual terms can be taken from the draft of the framework agreement.
The layout is designed as follows:
• Delivery of universal ultrasound devices (lot 1): A total of up to 57 systems, divided into basic and High-end devices for use in general medicine, internal medicine, emergency care, surgery, orthopedics and intensive care medicine (see especially services)
