• The future-proof positioning of the KVBW requires, above all, a strategic positioning on the mega topics of digitalization, artificial intelligence (AI), change management and IT infrastructure operations & transition. That's why the KVBW is looking for one Management consultancy that advises on the topics mentioned and, if necessary, supports implementation and establishment in the KVBW. The order includes the following consulting and support services. 3.1 Digitalization The digitalization of Processes and tasks in KVBW require a holistic approach, which requires first developing a strategy for KVBW for digital transformation and digitalization based on the corporate strategy.
