Description:
The tender contains a framework contract for planning and construction monitoring services in accordance with HOAI §§ 43 and 55 for plant groups (Appendix 12: Group 4 and Appendix 15: Group 1, 2, 3, 4 and 8). Four lots for planning and monitoring heat generation systems, photovoltaic systems, are commissioned Measurement, control and control technology as well as civil engineering and district heating connections for new construction projects and in existing buildings.
Heating systems such as heat pumps, CHP, solar thermal energy, pellet heating, drinking water heating and district heating, the associated MSR technology for control and optimization the energy flows, photovoltaic systems with optional memory integration and the technical connection via civil engineering and district heating infrastructure.
Applications are possible for all or individual lots. The goal is an efficient, compliant and Eligible energy supply.
The commissioning of the individual projects is usually carried out in the following project levels or partial services:
1. Level: Performance phase 1 2 of the HOAI as well as proportionate basic and special services.
2nd stage: Performance phase 3 4 of the HOAI and proportionate basic and special achievements.
3. stage: performance phase 5 8 of the HOAI as well as proportionate basic and special services.
4. Level: Performance phase 9 of the HOAI as well as proportionate basic and special services (including monitoring the elimination of defects within the limitation period).
