Description:
The framework contract includes the creation of execution documents, construction, manufacturing, delivery and assembly of relay houses for various locations of the 50th network.
The bidder's offer must correspond to the procurement documents; Additional offers are excluded. Furthermore, theConditions of the commercial part of this tender. The procurement documents can be accessed free of charge, fully, completely and directly at the following electronic safety address:

Technical and confidential documents are sent after signing and submitting the confidentiality agreement (see tender documents).
A contract is concluded per lot. The lots are identical in terms of content and are divided as follows:
Los 1:50% of the estimated quantities
lot 2: 30% of the estimated quantities
lot 3: 20% of the estimated quantities
The overall estimated order volume of the framework contract can be found from the quantity scaffolding for the 3 loose system F: Service.
The profitability of the offers is based onof the surcharge criteria defined in Appendix D.1: Surcharge criteria.
Basically, the bidders can only receive the surcharge to a lot (lot 1, lot 2 or lot 3) (surcharge limitation).
