The client intends to conclude a framework contract for general planner services for school and educational buildings as well as other buildings of general interest in Duisburg with a term of four years.
The client intends to have several construction projects in the next few years, in particular New buildings, replacement buildings, extensions, renovations and, if necessary, converting school and educational buildings as well as other buildings of general interest and local needs. For this, the client writes a competition as part of a negotiation procedure with a competition competition Framework contract for General Planner services of the LPH 1-9 HOAI to find several framework contract partners. The services to be awarded in the individual order typically include the following performance images: - Buildings and interiors - structural engineering - technical equipment - free systems - and thermal insulation - fire protection. The scope of the individual orders is not limited to the aforementioned performance images.
