- The subject of this procurement procedure is the procurement of general planning services as a framework agreement. The framework agreement is closed with up to three economic participants. The subject of the framework contract includes general planner services for the performance of buildings and interiors,Structural planning, technical explanation, building physics in accordance with HOAI, Services of the fire protection specialist planning based on the performance profile in accordance with AHO and the implementation of feasibility studies.
The specifically necessary services depend on the respective individual project and the specific requirementsthe measure and are therefore only concretized by the client as part of the individual call. The client has the right to have the framework agreement twiceto extend another year. The maximum contract term is four years.
