Description:
The Saxon State Ministry of Energy, Climate Protection, Environment and Agriculture (Smekul) is planning to award a framework contract for the implementation of the moderation and process management for project I as part of the Natural Protection Gross Project (NGP) "Bergwiesen, Teiche, Moore and forests in the historical mining landscape of the Ore Mountains ". The most important task for moderation in all phases is organization and moderation in the narrower sense of the big events such as the start, PAG sessions, workshops and information as well as participation in public events such as "Day of the NGP". The number of these events has already been largely determined. In addition, there is the support of the PM team in setting up the information and participation platform as well as the implementation of surveys to the mood (at the beginning of project I as a "zero value" and in the end as an acceptance barometer to the planned NGP). Even after completing the work phase 3, i.e. after the Pepl was created and approval, participation is still necessary.
