The aim of this procurement is a long-term partnership with a competent and long-term experienced IT service provider to ensure the following main task areas:
-IT architect advice: Linux, Oracle, CheckMK
-Support of Oracle databases
-Care by service engineers beforeLocation or remote
- accompaniment by service manager to ensure service quality
- migration and further development of the infrastructure
- error correction and optimization
- System monitoring and data backup
- Documentation and advice
max. Recording volume/ maximum amount is EUR 2,400,000.00Net for total term including an extension option. There is no minimum acceptance.
