Description: So-called “small-scale construction measures” are to be planned and carried out for the Fraunhofer institutes and facilities grouped in Region 07. The existing buildings are usually special structures and are used as research facilities, laboratory buildings and office buildings. The buildings are of different ages. As part of the alignment with new research goals, new construction, expansion, conversion and modernization measures are constantly required on the buildings. The majority of the so-called small-scale construction measures, which are subject to the granting law and must not exceed the upper cost limit (currently EUR 1.0 million), will be carried out in existing buildings and in operation.
For the planning and implementation of small-scale construction measures in Region 07, expert architecture who are familiar with building in existing buildings and who are experienced in dealing with high-tech buildings with clean rooms, laboratories, test laboratories, test stands and measuring and test rooms ...
