Description: The subject of the tender includes a framework contract for the transport of unfranked, unsorted postal services, i.e. H. All letters, registered mail, parcels (small parcels and parcels) as well as books and merchandise shipments in accordance with Section 4 No. 1 of the Postal Act (PostG), taking into account the Post and Telecommunications Assurance Act (PTSG) in the currently valid version, as well as formal mail delivery orders in accordance with Sections 166 ff. Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO) and Sections 33 ff. PostG.
The service includes the collection of mail at the pick-up points of the respective sender from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) and the guaranteed domestic mail delivery to recipients both within (regional) and outside Thuringia (nationally in the Federal Republic of Germany) as well as internationally in accordance with § 2 No. 3 Post-Universal Service Ordinance (PUDLV) from Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays).
