The Howoge Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH (Howoge) is one of the six municipal housing companies in the state of Berlin. The core element of the corporate strategy is the social mandate. Because a housing association is not only responsible for its tenants: inside, but for the entire city.With its own housing stock of around 81,600 apartments, the company is one of the largest landlords across Germany.
The subject of this award procedure is a framework contract for production, delivery and assembly of furniture for the WOWOGE company locations.
The framework contract seesthe determination of expected delivery quantities as well as the agreement of conditions and prices for the entire contract term.
