Description:
The client intends to conclude a framework contract for project control services for construction projects of the client in Duisburg with a term of 4 years with several contractors. The client plans to have several construction projects in the next 4 years, in particular educational and Cultural institutions to build or renovate. These are expansion and renovation measures as well as new buildings. The maximum quantity of all individual orders to be awarded on the basis of the framework contracts is limited to EUR 15.75 million (net). The client plans to the framework contract with 5 to 7 framework contract partners. The client specifies the specifically to be provided and their deadlines in each individual order. Only the client is entitled to grant individual orders. The project control services to be awarded are based on AHO issue No. 9 (as of March 2020), project levels 1 - 5, associated weighing tables and client and project -specific precisements. The client has defined deviations from and specifying the AHO's stipulations on which the performance must be base. In this Connection is also planned to adapt the AHO panel values for smaller ones in relation to larger projects. In addition, further special services (e.g. BIM management) must be provided.
