Description:
The Howoge Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH (Howoge) is one of the six municipal housing companies in the state of Berlin. The core element of the corporate strategy is the social mandate. Because a housing association is not only responsible for its tenants: inside, but for the entire city. With its own housing stock of around 81,600 apartments, the company is one of the largest landlords across Germany.
The subject of this procurement procedure is a framework contract for the provision and delivery of office material to howoge.
The framework contract provides for the determination of expected delivery quantities as well as the agreement of conditions and prices for the entire contract period.
The tender is aimed at providers who are able to do both standard products and individual solutions according to the specific requirements to deliver the client. The aim is to ensure flexibility, efficiency and high quality in the provision of office supplies, including office supplies, copy paper, stamps and office supplies with howoge logo.
With regard to the Jurisprudence of the ECJ (judgment of June 17, 2021, C-23-20) is assumed from a total order volume of a maximum of approx. 250,000 euros net for the term of the framework contract.
