The Howoge Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH (Howoge) is one of the six municipal housing companies in the state of Berlin. The core element of the corporate strategy is the social mandate. Because a housing association is not only responsible for its tenants, but for the entire city.With its own housing stock of around 81,600 apartments, the company is one of the largest landlords across Germany. The subject of this procurement procedure is a framework contract for the implementation of tenant removals and moving of the company's own locations of the Howoge.
