Description:
The subject of the award procedure is technical consulting services for the procurement of S-Bahn vehicles including the technical preparation and implementation of the award procedure "Vehicle procurement/production BR 491 (project designation)" under the questions Specifications and equipment of the vehicles, number of vehicles (vehicle requirements 112 vehicles + x, number of option vehicles), scope of the tender (basic scope: conception, development, construction, construction and delivery of the vehicles). Building on already available documents, a Test booklet for vehicle manufacturing and optional requirements for maintenance are developed. In the course of this, market exploration with manufacturers should be carried out in order to be able to take their experiences and suggestions into account. The contract to be awarded is a Framework agreement within the meaning of § 21 VGV. More detailed information on performance can be found in the tender documents.
