- HIL GmbH intends to provide its employees with the information in this advertisement The items and services listed are to be equipped comprehensively, with high quality and in line with needs, as well as in the corporate design of HIL GmbH. The service to be awarded includes: a Clothing management, which includes the processing of washing and cleaning services, exchange, Includes preparation and replacement of work clothing and PPE. The aim is to reach a framework agreement with one or more service providers close. Around 2,000 employees are to be provided with work clothing (Lot 1) and PPE (Lot 2) in a full service. The term is 48 months. The scope of services extends to the following activities: - Providing the needed Clothing in sufficient quantities, - Carrying out a weekly rental, exchange and washing service in accordance with the conditions set out in the tender documents, - cleaning, reprocessing and quality control of clothing and PPE, - Logistical Processing (collection, delivery, return transport) to the respective locations, The expected quantities and scope of services are listed in detail in the service description.
