Vitos gGmbH and the bidder covered for the respective lot. rendered Services is the respective company -entitled company direct debtor of the contractor.
The client has the right to extend the contract by another 2 years if he did this 6 months before the contract run in text form 6 months before the contractor communicated. The framework contract ends prematurely for each lot as soon as the maximum amount agreed for the respective lot has been reached.
