Description:
The subject of the service is the supply of hygiene products for prisoners to the Burg, Halle and Volkstedt correctional facilities as well as the Rassnitz youth center for the years 2026 to 2027. The contract begins on January 1st, 2026. It ends on December 31, 2027, but no later than the delivery of the required quantities for the fourth quarter of 2027.
Lot 1 - JVA Burg
Lot 2 - JVA Halle (main institution and branch)
Lot 3 - JVA Volkstedt
Lot 4 - JA Rassnitz
Each lot should go with each a framework agreement must be concluded with a contractor. The respective correctional facility itself is authorized to access the data. The requirements become usually accessed once a quarter for each point of use. An additional unscheduled call must be included once a year (if necessary) and can be carried out without any additional costs. Deliveries must be made within 14 calendar days of binding The required quantities must be retrieved by the points of use.
In principle, all hygiene products are intended for use by adults and must comply with generally applicable and commercially available quality standards. Children's sizes or children's products are not available and do not correspond to the requirements profile. All products must be alcohol-free or must not contain any alcoholic ingredients.
