Framework leasing agreement for the implementation of company bike leasing for employees of the Hanseatic and university city of Rostock Conclusion of a framework leasing agreement to implement company bike leasing for the employees of the Hanseatic and university city Rostock The subject of the framework agreement is the creation and management of the service processes by the contractor from the order to the termination of each individual leasing contract. This means: - Providing the respective bike as Leasing item - All other services related to the leased item, including: o Information from the MA (via app and website) o Insurance of bicycles o Services (e.g. inspection/maintenance/repair) o Processing the order, Returns and claims processing processes o Coordination and management of the aforementioned relationships and services - Continuous service provision - Training and information of the people in the AV for approval of the transfer contracts and are responsible for payroll accounting. - The contact person for the AV's MA for all contract, insurance or maintenance questions is the AN.
