The district of Hof intends to build a new visitor parking lot for future visitors of the two planned pedestrian suspension bridges in the Lohbach and Hoellental, in the area of Lichtenberg in Upper Franconia. These are 400 new parking spaces for cars, 15 new parking spaces for coaches and 5 new parking spaces for campers. These should be between Seestrasse and the state road 2195 be built on approx. 25,000 m2. The parking spaces are to be carried out using lawn joints, partially infiltrated. The Passenger Loads are to be paved. Furthermore, a bus bay on Seestrasse and a roundabout to regulate access and exits are to be built. In addition, the connection to the existing gravel park next to the Frankenwaldsee and the access to the new visitor center and the bridges is to be ensured by building the path. The circular route is approximately 4.7 km.
A gradual order is planned. The work is intended to after commissioning. The use of contract forms according to HAV-KOM is planned for the conclusion of the contract.
