Description:
"The scope of the planning and part of this tender is the new construction measure 3rd construction phase for the Fraunhofer IBP institute part Holzkirchen. The measure 3rd construction phase includes the following sub-measures: a) New entrance building b) Infrastructure open-air area c) Experimental building as a platform systemic construction (basement) d) Supply and disposal, vehicles The services of outdoor facility planning include the sub-measures (a), (b), (c) and (d). The planned new entrance building requires an area (NUF 1-6) of approx. 534 m2." Contract: Implementation of construction planning services the object planning of outdoor facilities for the Fraunhofer IBP-H Holzkirchen - IBP-H / 3rd construction phase, total costs KG 200-700 (without initial equipment) max. 7,735,000 net (without VAT) according to II.2.4). The project is implemented using the ZBau process, including the creation of an application and construction document as well as attending a concept discussion with the funding providers. Amount of additional costs: according to RIFT-Bund in the latest version. The building structure to be processed will be remunerated as follows: - is to be offered as a special service (level 2)
