Fraunhofer IBP-H Holzkirchen - 70-00491-2030-C Specialist planning for structural planning
"The scope of the planning and part of this tender is the new construction project in the 3rd construction phase for the Fraunhofer IBP institute section in Holzkirchen.
The measure 3rd construction phase includes the following sub-measures:
a) New building Entrance building
b) Outdoor area infrastructure
c) Experimental building as a platform for systemic construction (basement)
d) Supply and disposal, vehicles
The structural planning services include the sub-measures (a), (c) and (d).
The aim is to construct the entrance building (a) using modular construction, so far possible and sensible in wooden construction, taking into account innovative renewable energy supply and sustainable construction as well as efficient operation. The planned new building requires a total area (NUF 1-6) of approx. 534 m2.
The sub-measures (c) and (d) become conventional erected."
Contract:
Implementation of construction planning services for the object planning building for the Fraunhofer IBP-H Holzkirchen - IBP-H / 3rd construction phase, total costs KG 200-700 (without initial equipment) max. 7,735,000 net (without VAT) according to II.2.4).
The project will be implemented in ZBau process including preparation of an application and construction document as well as conducting a concept discussion with the funding providers.
Amount of additional costs: according to RIFT-Bund in the latest version
