Fraunhofer IBP-H Holzkirchen - 70-00491-2030-D Technical Equipment HLSKMSR AG 1-2-3-8
"The scope of the planning and part of this tender is the new construction project in the 3rd construction phase for the Fraunhofer IBP institute section in Holzkirchen.
The measure 3rd construction phase includes the following sub-measures:
a) New entrance building
b) Outdoor area infrastructure
c) Experimental building as a platform for systemic construction (basement)
d) Supply and disposal, vehicles
The services of the HLSKMSR specialist planning include the sub-measures (a), (b), (c) and (d).
The aim is to build the entrance building (a). Modular construction, as far as possible and sensible, in wooden construction, taking into account innovative renewable energy supply and sustainable construction as well as efficient operation. The planned new building requires a total area (NUF 1-6) of approx. 534 m2.
The sub-measures (b), (c) and (d) become conventional constructed.
Contract:
Implementation of construction planning services by Technical Equipment HLSKMSR AG 1-2-3-8 for the Fraunhofer IBP-H Holzkirchen - IBP-H / 3rd construction phase, total costs KG 200-700 (without initial equipment) max. 7,735,000 net (without VAT) according to II.2.4).
The implementation of the project takes place using the ZBau process including the creation of an application and construction document as well as a concept discussion with the funding providers.
