"A representative new office building with a technical center for the Fraunhofer facility for energy infrastructures and geothermal energy at the Cottbus location.and provide employees. For this purpose, approx. 2,400 m2 of usable space, consisting of office space, seminar room, storage areas with the appropriate infrastructure, including a technical center with approx. 550 m2.
To implement the new building, there is a property between the Nordring and the BTU(Brandenburg Technical University) in Cottbus. The property is part of an area dedicated to a non -university campus by the state of Brandenburg.
