Description:
Consulting and planning services in building physics (thermal building physics, building acoustics, room acoustics, noise emission protection) for an institute building with laboratories, technical centers, offices and an underground car park as a new building for the Fraunhofer Institute ISE in Freiburg as part of a grant measure according to RZBau.
The planned one The new building is a research building for the development of hydrogen technologies and fuel cell technology. A canteen area for the entire campus and a conference center for use on the ISE campus are to be added.
The new building is a new building complex with around 5,040 m2 for laboratories, technical centers, offices, seminar rooms, storage areas and a canteen. The new building is a workplace for around 133 employees.
The services cover all service phases and are available in two stages (Level 1: LPh 2-4 / Level 2: LPh 5-8).
