Description:
"The data server required for the project and the project platform with the corresponding software (Open BIM; interface to SOLIBRI) and software licenses must be provided and operated during the project period. The data to be processed is the property of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. It is an institute building with laboratories, technical centers, offices and an underground car park as a new building for the Fraunhofer Institute ISE in Freiburg as part of a grant measure according to RZBau.
The planned new building is a research building for the development of hydrogen technologies and fuel cell technology. A canteen area for the entire campus and a conference center for use on the ISE campus are to be added.
In the new building It is a new building complex with around 5,040 m2 for laboratories, technical centers, offices, seminar rooms, storage areas and a canteen. In which New building it is a workplace for around 133 employees.
