Description:
An office is sought for this project, which takes on the basic and special services for free systems in the LPH 1-9 in accordance with §§ 38ff HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Appendix 11 and other special services.
The project includes the construction of an administrative building Vewaltungs building with high Subject requirements for Hessen3c on the state -owned property in Wiesbaden. A multi-stage procedure can be expected in accordance with GA-Bau.
The required service includes the planning of the building. In addition, around the administration building there is a boundary of the property boundary Fire brigade bypass with 5 fire brigade parking spaces and an underground garage entrance. Non-public parking spaces must be provided on 3 sides of the property. Furthermore, a fence system with far -reaching safety requirements including 2 gate systems must be planned, which this is The property is enclosed and serves as perimeter protection. A connection of the property to the public road must be established.
