The freedom planning competition of the Buga 2031 Wuppertal is divided into two parts: - The planning of the permanent parks in the competition area, which remain after the exhibition period of the Buga (follow -up use 2031+) - the location of the temporary exhibition areas for thePeriod of the Buga (horticultural exhibition and themed gardens). The permanent parks are made accessible to the public after the exhibition and are the focus of the competition task. The temporary exhibition areas of the Buga are from the competitors: to locate.The following service is awarded: Object planning free systems according to § 39 HOAI: LPH 2-8; The promise of order for the object planning includes free systems according to § 39 HOAI in addition to the conclusion of the LPH 2, the LPH 3 to 5.
