Description:
The municipality of Heiden intends to award planning services for the development of a third place. The third town house is to be realized at the town hall and replace the today's meeting room with a multifunctionally usable hall. In addition, conversion and expansion measures are necessary at the town hall. The environment of the Rathausplatz West (in the popular "Pfuetzenhausen")) is also to be redesigned as part of the ISEK and thus act as an outdoor area for the third town house. The aim is also to a better connection or link to the marketplace | Rathausplatz too to reach. The following functions are intended for Rathausplatz West: areas with quality of stay and meeting (seating, etc.), new planting of 10 climate-safe trees, 500 sqm of sealed surface, 30 car parking spaces (2.60 * 5.00 m), 2 disabled parking spaces (3.00 * 5.00 m), Covered bicycle parking spaces including parking space for cargo bikes. The completion is currently planned by mid -2027 [building] and at the end of 2027 [open spaces]. The cost (KG 200 - 600) of the measure is currently being applied with around EUR 3.6 million / gross. The following application for funding is up to Required at the end of September 2025.
