• Description:
• Planning services in the object planning of the traffic system and the environmental planning are to be awarded as part of the service phases 3 and 4 for the new construction of the B 247 - OU Ferna and OU Teistungen. The OU Ferna-Teistungen has been located since 2016 Plan approval procedure. During this process, plan change documents were already submitted in 2018 and 2020, but these were not satisfactory, so the need for a third plan change was communicated in 2022. Reasons These include, among other things, the adjustment of emission studies due to changed guidelines (RLS 90 → RLS 19), drainage adjustments due to new guidelines (FB WRRL), new guidelines regarding climate protection (FB Klima), Adjustments to the gradients and building sizes to ensure biotope connectivity as a result of the introduction of M AQ 2022 and the associated adjustments to the accompanying landscape conservation planning, including the necessary species protection regulations Exams.
