- Freudenstadt district - awarding of general planning services for the relocation and connection of the K 4768 to the B 463 east of Empfingen The Freudenstadt district intends to relocate and connect the K 4768 to the B 463 east of Empfingen. The district Freudenstadt is planning to relocate the district road K 4768 east of the motorway in the Empfingen district. At the same time, a new commercial area is to be built on the area between the motorway and the relocated district road, the development of which will be carried out by the special purpose association "Kompass 81" (municipality of Empfingen and large district town of Horb a. N.) is controlled. The commercial area will be connected to the relocated district road K 4768 via two roundabouts to be planned. The northern part of the district road drains via a new one that is to be built Retention soil filter basin in an easterly direction (see complete site plan, Appendix 2). The southern part, together with the surface water of the commercial area, also drains in a southerly direction via a retention soil filter basin (see pipes with Retention facility in the framed section, Appendix 3). Three crossings of a high-pressure gas pipeline must be taken into account. The wastewater pipe for the commercial area and the water pipe for the commercial area must also be planned.
