• The traffic information portal Verkehr.nrw has existed for almost 10 years and has established itself with about 2.5 million per month as one of the leading citizens' information portals in NRW. It offers a wide range of dynamic and static information on different means of transportation andVarious supportive functionalities such as intermodal routing, which chains different means of transport together. Traffic.nrw is already visited every month by a considerable number of users and has successfully established itself as a tool in everyday life for many citizens.A usage survey carried out in 2023 with over 2,400 participants showed that the group of users is largely traveling with their own car every day and that traffic.nrw uses the traffic situation, especially closures and traffic jams, for the way of working.The survey also shows that the users are male and over 45 years old with a large majority (studies data are made available at the start of the project). However, the long -term vision of the traffic portal is about providing information on the traffic situation on the streets in NRWfar out. With regard to traffic modalities and other useful scenarios, a wider target group is to be opened up. In particular, we see the following, not always clear groups, to which traffic.should.
