Description:
Architectural work for the expansion project for the Ferdinand von Miller secondary school in Fuerstenfeldbruck. LPH 1-9. Gradual assignment. The Ferdinand-von-Miller-Realschule is located in an area near the Fuerstenfeldbruck S-Bahn station. The entire area is bordered by Bahnhofstrasse Southwest, Oskar-von-Miller-Strasse in the south, Hans-Sachs-Strasse in the north and Stockmeierweg (pedestrian and cycle path) in the east. The secondary school is located in the area of the development plan no. 39/1 of the city of Fuerstenfeldbruck. There are buildings of several institutions on the site: Buildings of Ferdinand-von-Miller-Realschule, the Fuerstenfeldbruck vocational school, the AOK Bayern and the employment agency. The main entrance for the secondary school students is on Bahnhofsstrasse and is via the west annex. Vehicle access to the secondary school is also via the possible to Bahnhofstrasse. Pedestrians and cyclists can also reach the site via Stockmeierweg. There is no access to Oskar-von-Miller-Strasse. In 2025, school lessons will take place in five buildings:
-The main building
-The pavilion in the school yard
-The multi-purpose hall
-The Wittelsbach Hall
-The AOK pavilion
The two-story container facility on the school grounds is currently not operated by the secondary school, but rather used the nearby vocational school. If necessary, it can be increased by one floor to temporarily during the renovation work additional Classroom...
