• Description:
• The subject of this tender is the process-oriented, comprehensive material supply (full supply) of the client with medical products and general consumables. The aim is to create a seamless supply chain, including Procurement, stockpiling and digital process control. The service combines the procurement and stocking of medical consumables (CPV 33140000-3) with a comprehensive logistical service (CPV 60000000-8). The provision of the The IT platform is a necessary process tool for the service provider (SaaS). This tender takes place exclusively as a total award of the complete service item (material supply, IT platform, logistics, reporting/billing, compliance, implementation/training). Partial awards, lot or partial offers are not permitted (Section 97 (4) GWB). The surcharge only applies to the complete package. The service includes in particular: - Procurement management: needs-based procurement and Stocking in the provider's central warehouse. - IT solution (SaaS): Provision of a browser-based platform for cost center-related ordering (approx. 45 cost centers / approx. 150 users). - Logistics: Precise picking and logistic delivery freely Point of use (night delivery). - Cross-docking: taking over pharmacy logistics from the supply pharmacy in Kerpen.
