As part of the further development of the BBZ Ettlingen Beethovenstr. 1 In 76275 Ettlingen, a replacement building for the existing Albert-Einstein School is created as a new building in a 2nd BA. Are on the propertyseveral school and sports buildings. The building plot in the west is from Haydenstrasse, in the south by the old and the new Wilhelm-Roepke School (1st BA), in the east of Beethovenstr. and limited in the north by the sports hall, the district heater center and from Karl-Friedrich-Strasse. TheNew construction will connect to the existing buildings from the 1960s.
The new building consists of three three-storey (1st log-3rd-ID) building bodies (towers) that are on a continuous basis (UG+EC). The three towers are connected to each other on the 1st floor, 2nd and 3rd in each of 2 bridge structures.In addition to classrooms and workshops, uses such as cafeteria, administration, library, technology, warehouse are planned.
The building is planned as a reinforced concrete skeleton construction in solid construction. The vertical load tax takes place via supports and load -bearing walls. The load -bearing walls and supports are inStamiler concrete.
