Racism and ideologies of unevenness as well as recently increasingly consuming consumptions are represented across various social groups in a worrying extent. This development does not stop before the operations. This background does the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS) the program "Our work. Our variety. Initiative for operational democracy competence "launched. Under the new program, a nationwide project network is to be set up with 33 individual projects (carried out by different carriers of free education work) in various industries and regions.
