Nevertheless, many people involved in the process lack basic theoretical knowledge Strategies and methods such as moderation, presentation or creativity techniques that make it easier to implement participation. The required methodological and strategic knowledge should be used in further training to become moderators for children and... Youth participation in Thuringia 2026-2027. The further training provides practical knowledge, methods and skills for all those who carry out their own participation projects or involve children and young people in their environment want to anchor everyday life. The continuing education series includes at least 100 hours of time and ends with certification. For this purpose, a documented and reflected practical project is carried out. All content of the training is prepared in such a way that: they enable a direct transfer into their own fields of activity.
