Description:
In accordance with Section 85 (2) Section 8 of the Social Code (SGB), the State Youth Welfare Office has an eighth book (VIII) to offer further training for the employees of child and youth welfare. The continuous training is an essential prerequisite for the preservation and improvement of the Qualification of the employees. The further training mandate includes the entire task catalog of child and youth welfare and applies to all employees, both in public and free providers. The general social service (ASD) is especially for young people and their families in difficult life situations. Through this comprehensive order, the ASD does fundamental social work in the municipality. The ASD specialists advise and support. They plan, mediate, control and accompany help for education and are responsible for the protection of children and Young people from dangers. This broad range of tasks requires high professional, social and personal skills from employees.
