- In accordance with Section 85 (2) Section 8 of the Social Code (SGB), the State Youth Welfare Office has an eighth book (VIII) to offer further training for the employees of child and youth welfare. The continuous training is an essential prerequisite for the preservation and improvement of the Qualification of the employees. The further training mandate includes the entire task catalog of child and youth welfare and applies to all employees, both in public and free providers. At the annual conference of the State Youth Welfare Office (LJA) on the subject of power source itself: The focus is on paths to resilience and potential development. The aim of the event is to specifically strengthen specialist consultations by practical strategies for promoting resilience and for developing personal and professional Potentials are developed. In interactive workshops (WS), the participants should receive valuable impulses in order to specifically optimize their individual resources for sustainable professional and personal resistance.
