- In accordance with Section 85, Paragraph 2, Number 8 of the Social Code (SGB), Book Eight (VIII), the State Youth Welfare Office has the legal mandate to offer further training for child and youth welfare employees. Continuous training is an essential prerequisite for maintaining and improving Qualifications of employees. The training mandate covers the entire catalog of child and youth welfare tasks and applies to all employees, both public and independent. Sexuality education is an integral part of early childhood education and requires conceptual Clarity and a reflective attitude from everyone involved. The training supports specialist advisors and managers of daycare centers in developing, reviewing and adapting sex education concepts to specific framework conditions. Technical basics are taught early childhood sex education, methods of conceptual work and approaches to accompanying teams in the development process. Through exchange and practical examples, confidence in action and advisory skills are strengthened. This training offer is aimed at specialist advice for daycare centers and child day care as well as management of child day care centers. In the four-day course Tailored Sexual Education Concepts - Development and Adaptation, the following content is to be conveyed to the participants: ? Basics and attitudes of early childhood sex education? Development and further development of sex education concepts? Reflection on existing concepts and institutional framework conditions? Methods of concept work and process support? Support and advice for teams in the development process? Practical examples and collegial exchange of experiences The subject of the service is the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the course with the named focus areas.
