- This project is intended to support the further development of political measures in the subject area of energy efficiency and climate protection in the building. For this purpose, cream contract partners should be bound to carry out the services of data collection, research, evaluation, conception, advice and assessment in the above subject area. The framework contract partners should support the departmental work of the BMWSB in the above subject area with short-term written elaborations (e.g. expert opinion, concepts, reports, reports, notes, templates, dossiers, statements, sample calculations, etc.).
The following performance areas are awarded as loosely:
Lot 1 - Energy -saving law and conveyor -related instruments at the national level
Lot 2 - Energy efficiency and climate protection at European level
Lot 3 - gray energy and life cycle views
Lot 4 - climate -neutral building stock, building databases and CO2 scenarios
Lot 5 - municipal heat planning and energy supply, neighborhood solutions
