- Due to its central location, the Charlottenburg location plays an important role in maintaining the reliable city heat supply of the VG1 (district heating network in the west of Berlin). The aim of the Future Charlottenburg project is to replace the performance of the two existing gas turbines as part of a modernization. For this purpose, a new building with modern investment technology is to be built. The scope of services to be excited here concerns demolition work of existing buildings for building freedom.
