Description:
The outdoor facilities primarily include the following services: - Earthworks for the new open space - Existing embankments must be aligned and new embankments created - Creation of pipes or routes (drainage pipes, lighting cables) - Installation of drainage channels at entrances and exits, at the connection to the elevator and the outside staircase and at the path connection - Production of approx. 2700 m2 of paved areas in rows with a substructure and edging - Partial areas of the paved areas with grass joints - Over 300 m of steel strip edging, some to support the terrain of max. 38 cm - Setting a Angle support wall (wall width 20cm) as a border for the forecourt area at the elevator structure - Placement of concrete block steps next to the elevator access Reorganization of the existing asphalt parking lot: - Accommodation of approx. 1600m2 of asphalt surface - Parking space markings for 65 parking spaces - Planting of 36 Shrubs - Filling the planned woody locations with suitable tree substrate - Sowing natural meadow areas (approx. 6800m3) Installation Equipment: - 7 wooden platforms (3 and 4 m diameter) with and without tree cut-outs - additional seating through stool benches and wooden seat cushions - 20 bicycle support bars - 2 waste containers - 22 mast lights with foundations
