Gas, water and drainage systems according to DIN 18 381
New construction of a daycare center with a total of 8 group rooms, as well as kitchen, dining, personnel and multi-purpose rooms.
Area BGF (R+S): approx. 1,988 m2

The Dirt water network of the daycare center is carried out in sound-contained, mineral-reinforced plastic tube in accordance with DIN EN 12056 and DIN 1986-100. To drain the sanitary objects in the basement, an underfloor double pump lifting system is used.

The building receives a drinking water distribution network According to DIN 1988-100, consisting of cold water and hot water pipes.
The hot water preparation takes place decentrally, by electronically regulated instantaneous water heater. The sanitary equipment is carried out in a child -friendly manner, especially in the Hinblick auf leichte Nutzbarkeit, Sicherheit und erhoehtem Spielwert.
The shut -off fittings in the drinking water network are made of red cast. Automatic rinsing devices are used to avoid stagnation water.

Zur Entwasserung des Gebaudes kommen Schmutzwasser-Grundleitungen aus Mineral-reinforced high-load duct tube (PP-MD) used. Rinse and control shafts are arranged in such a way that the entire basic management network can be revisioned and easy to clean.
To clean the fatty waste water from the kitchen area, an outside separation system is (Shaft construction), including sampling and disposal shaft.
