- The subject of this tender is the exclusive allocation of gastronomic management of events in the Eurogress Aachen and in the new Kurhaus against payment of a sales commission to the concession guide.
The object of the order includes the comprehensive gastronomic supply of Visitors, guests, customers as well as participants during various event formats in the event sites mentioned. This includes in particular conferences, congresses, gala events, concerts, receptions, cultural events, trade fairs, private occasions (such as z. B. anniversaries, weddings, birthdays) as well as public events with high guests.
In both locations, the gastronomic care must be ensured individually before, during and after the events. Especially with large -scale audience -intensive major events, an efficient, Equipped qualitatively and quantitatively convincing supply of large number of visitors at several sales and output offices (Points of Sale).
